Just Culture Conversations with Tony & Paul

In this series our founder, Dr Tony Power recorded a series of conversations in 2024 with Paul Stretton from the UK, one of the most innovative thinkers in the Just Culture space.

In this video series they:

  • Explain in a straightforward way what Just Culture is and how it helps organisations/businesses,

  • Illustrate how Just Culture is not just a ‘safety thing’ but can help organisations in all sorts of areas of performance, and

  • Explain some of the different Just Culture models and their strengths and weaknesses.

In particular, Paul and Tony wanted to have a productive conversation and get away from the LinkedIn wars that sometimes accompanies debate over competing Just Culture models.

We hope you find these conversations insightful and valuable.
