Tony is a seasoned expert with over 16 years’ experience in the areas of justice and safety management through work in the aviation, legal, and higher education sectors. He has researched and taught on workplace culture at several Australian universities, monitored safety performance at Jetstar Airways, and in legal practice has advised clients in matters involving workplace safety, insurance, and criminal liability.

Tony holds a PhD from Swinburne University where he developed frameworks to drive innovation while managing risk in safety critical industries.

His unique blend of academic rigor, industry experience, and legal insight gives him a keen understanding of the complexities of building fair workplace cultures that promote organisational learning while maintaining accountability and regulatory compliance.
